partiq is the operating system for community-led events — festivals, party brands, burns, retreats, and more. One platform for tickets, stays, payments, check-in, experience and the community layer.

Our mission is to power the events where the community is the product. These events create the most loyal, fastest-compounding audiences in consumer culture, yet the producers behind them still run on disconnected tools, each built for one piece of the puzzle. We're building the infrastructure for producers to run their events — and for their communities to experience them fully.

partiq is headquartered in Tel Aviv. We work with paying producers across Israel and Europe and are scaling globally.

The role

You'll be partiq's first marketing leader — owning both sides of a B2B2C platform: the producers, and the attendees who use our app. Branding, demand generation, product marketing, and community — from strategy to hands-on execution.

What you'll own

• Producers' demand generation

  Fill the pipeline. Own how producers discover, evaluate, and choose partiq.

• The brand

  What partiq means to a producer deciding who runs their event.

• The consumer side

  We reach attendees, not just producers. Grow app installs, activation, and repeat engagement — the consumer/B2C funnel.

• Product marketing

  Positioning, launches, pricing, sales enablement.

Who this is for

• You use AI to multiply your output, and can demonstrate state-of-the-art adoption of AI-based tools and workflows.
• ~5–10 years in marketing with real leadership scope, ideally at B2B2C and marketplace companies.
• Built a marketing function at an early-stage company — an advantage.
• Fluent in B2B demand gen. Comfortable with consumer/app growth — we serve both sides.
• KPI-driven and results-oriented.
• You know this world — festivals, burns, community events — personally.
• Obsessed with customers and proficient at meeting them to get to know their needs, pains and insights.
• Based in Tel Aviv; fluent English; comfortable across time zones.
