The operating system for community-led events
About partiq
partiq is the operating system for community-led events — festivals, party brands, burns, retreats, and more. One platform for tickets, stays, payments, check-in, experience and the community layer.
Our mission is to power the events where the community is the product. These events create the most loyal, fastest-compounding audiences in consumer culture, yet the producers behind them still run on disconnected tools, each built for one piece of the puzzle. We're building the infrastructure for producers to run their events — and for their communities to experience them fully.
partiq is headquartered in Tel Aviv. We work with paying producers across Israel and Europe and are scaling globally.
The role
You'll be a founding engineer reporting directly to Gal, partiq's CTO — a maker who ships. Help design and build the next generation of products for community-led events: the producer OS, the attendee experience, and the AI-native layer that makes both feel inevitable. This is a hands-on seat, not a management-first hire.
What you'll own
-
The next generation of the product
Shape what producers and communities get next — and write the code that makes it real.
-
AI as a default, not a feature
Use AI heavily in how you build, and put it into the product where it actually helps producers and attendees.
-
End-to-end ownership
From idea to production. Architecture, product judgment, and shipping — without waiting for a spec.
-
The technical foundation
Help set the bar for how partiq is built as we grow: quality, speed, and systems that can carry a global events OS.
Who this is for
- ~5 years building real products, not just tickets. You have shipped things people use.
- A maker. You would rather build than talk about building.
- Heavy AI — you already use it to multiply your output, and you can show state-of-the-art workflows, not prompts for show.
- Comfortable across the stack when the product needs it. You pick tools to ship, not to collect.
- Product taste. You understand community-led events — festivals, burns, brands — and what would actually make them better.
- Ready for a founding seat: ambiguity, ownership, and working side by side with the CTO.
- Based in Tel Aviv; fluent English; comfortable across time zones.
